March 20, 2018 - I ordered my first packet of this tea. I literally just stand and smell the tea, the aroma of the dry tea is absolutely devine.
A warm cuppa before bed gently quietens the mind and calms the autonomic nervous system. You can add honey for a bit of sweetness.
A firm favourite during these hot summer days is making a refreshing iced tea and mixing a small amount of my favourite Forest Cordial Concentrate to it (Checkers). Keeps me calm and refreshed throughout the day. Highly recommend this tea.

I even found myself re-applying a bit and leaving it on after cleansing my face, just because I couldn't get enough of the gentle feeling on my skin. It's definitely a luxury feeling.
